Steven T. Fleming, LSP, LEP - Founder

Steve was the President and Founder of Vineyard Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc. Since founding Vineyard Engineering in 2006, Steve worked tirelessly to build a base of employees and clients that felt more like family than colleagues. He is fondly remembered for his smile, sharp humor, strong work ethic, and his dedication to doing the job right. Steve took the most pride in making personal connections with clients while guiding them through complex environmental, survey, and civil engineering projects as efficiently as possible. He instilled the same in all of us at Vineyard Engineering.
