Vineyard Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc. is a privately held company specializing in the development of hazardous waste sites. Vineyard personnel are licensed in Massachusetts as Professional Land Surveyors and Licensed Site Professionals. Most staff are cross-trained to provide both land survey and environmental services to Vineyard's clients.

The president of Vineyard is Steven T. Fleming, an LSP with extensive land survey experience. Mr. Fleming has 22 years of environmental consulting experience, primarily working under the supervision of Dana Simpson. Dana Simpson, an LSP since 1993, has 24 years of environmental consulting experience and is the Manager of Environmental Services. Mr. Simpson has been responsible for the closure of more than 750 hazardous waste sites. This experience and the long term working relationship between Mr. Simpson and Mr. Fleming provides customers with a stable and predictable project management partnership. Both Mr. Simpson and Mr. Fleming are members of the Licensed Site Professional Association (LSPA).
